Ive recently began noticing tiny nicks inside the aquarium. Maybe 6 total along the front face. They are maybe 1/32" to 1/16" in diameter but i can barely feel them with my fingernail so im not too concerned about the glass integrity....yet
Its a 135gal tank with juvenile CA/SA cichlids. Pool filter Sand substrate.
Its possible that they've been there awhile and i just haven't noticed. The tank has been running for almost 8 years but i relocated about 5 weeks ago so its possible thats when these tiny "pits" occurred during the move. Imagine a tiny bubble that is permanent on the glass.
Any ideas on whats causing this? It has its share of surface scratches that i know were caused by kids getting ahold of the magnetic cleaner. But this is baffling me
