Tiny Squiggly white worms?!?!

i was trying to fall asleep last night so i decided to watch the fish eat... i noticed a tiny white worm that would wiggle and move!! never seen them before!! does anyone know what it is? harmful? how to get rid of them?

Sounds like planeria.. Supposedly they're always there but in low numbers. If you have alot of them try upping water changes/feeding less to lessen them in numbers.

They are not harmful just unsightly.

goin to do my normal WC this sat.
