I just picked up a 2.5" tsn x rtc he looks mighty hungry,what can i feed it??Is raw shrimp ok??We also have shrimp pellets,flakes and freeze dried tiny shrimp.Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd try anything to get him to fatten up, shrimp, tilapia fillet, pells, worms...
I'd probably try the shrimp, fish or worms first since he'll probably more readily eat those and then try to pellet train once you fatten him up.

Yea. Mine eats anything. Slowly acclimating him from live food to frozen, over to pellets is safer, but all I did to acclimate mine over from live food is throw some pellets in there for him to eat and if he didn't eat it something else would, so eventually he caught on that what I was throwing in the tank twice a day was food. I have about 15 different types of food, and he eats it all.
He accepts shrimp now,but i have to hand feed him because the Red Hook SD's all go after the shrimp before he can get to it.
