I've recently noticed a bunch of tiny white bugs in my aquarium and on top of the water. While on top, they seem to hop from along the surface. Does anyone know what they could be and how to get rid of them? They're too small to show up in pics.

yeah I dont know what they are or called i just know i had something similar, they would hop across the surface and when i drained the water they would stay on the sides of the glass.

I cant figure out what they are but what i did to attempt to get rid of them was drain the water and take some paper towel wet it with steaming hot water and then push down pretty hard on the class and just wipe them off it worked pretty good you usually have to stay at it for about one or two weeks and Slowly you should see them disappear.

Good luck

Thats exactly what i have. I'll give it go with the paper towel thing. I think they were introduced to my tank when i added sand to it a couple weeks ago. Thanks
