Tiny Worms in My Tank

I noticed a little tiny worm in My tank. It's literally the size of lint. I know it's not lint because it wiggles. Anyone know what this is? What do I do about it? Thanks in advance.

Quite possibly planaria. Look closer. Are there more? If so it probably is. Nothing to worry about usually. It's often a sign of overfeeding.

I actually noticed more. I had all my stock in a 75g and saw a handful and scooped them out. But there were still some left. I recently (1 month) moved my stock into a 300. Didn't see or notice one till yesterday. It's hard.to see these tiny things in a 300 so chances are there's more that I'm not seeing.

Kinda glad to know its harmless. So its from over feeding? Guess I gotta cut back lol.

Yeah it usually is. Planaria are often present in water sources and go unnoticed unless they have nutrients to feed on and get bigger. I'd say cut back on the feeding quantity for a while and they'll most likely go away.

I agree with GT Lover. I had planaria in my 150 and just cut way back on feeding for a week. They went away and haven't come back
