Ive got a pair of female motoros ive had one for 2 1/1 weeks the other for 1 1/2, the origonal is doing great and eating loads, the second is very active and great it just doesn't eat too much and is looking a little bit thinner, my boss said that she loved bloodworm that was on the bottom so im gonna give them lads tonight she does eat just not much any tips?

Get trout worms...sometimes called red worms/wrigglers. Should be available at any bait shop. Rays love them and they are good at fattening up a ray cause they are cheap and healthy! After they eat them up go for nightcrawlers. In my experience its easier to get a ray by on a new food by using smaller pieces then moving on up to larger pieces.

bloodworm is no good on its own it dont have much goodness
earthworms and river shrimp or even small mealworms

I have found red wrigglers multiply very fast. I use standard styro fish boxes with a hole in the bottom covered by mesh. For substrate I used potting soild, peat and a bit of sand (I just mixed till it looked good...). I fed the worms high quality fish flake. Before I knew it was I had worms everywhere! Funny thing is, the first time I did it, I wasnt even trying to breed them!
