Tips on hybrid breeding?

I just introduced a female rtm with my zz fh. I've raised the temp to 85 and buried a flat rock in the gravel next to an airstone. Any other ideas to quicken up the process

Thanks i was thinking how crazy this guy would be and so far small progress atm the RTM is not impressed with my FH and hes somewhat beat hopefully all goes well
