Get some PFS as substrate

All i would add is just more plants, and remove the fake ones. maybe a bit of fertilizer if you have some, the left fern looks a little yellow. If you had a substrate like sand they would be alot healthier and your tank would look more natural. If you are planning on doing it with no substrate, make sure you have a planter atleast for the ferns

are those white substrate specializes in plant growing?

if you dont want gravel all over your tank i would recommend buying a bag or say eco-complete or flourite and plant the swords and other plants in a pot with those substrate. plants will grow a lot nicer and healthier.

Those are amazon sword plants in case you don't know. They aren't very demanding plants but if you only have the stock lighting on the tank (eg a single or double fluorescent light strip) they may suffer.

AND they are heavy ROOT FEEDERS so root tabs are essential.
