This is obviously needed ( with our photo contests and the blurry pics
a lot of our members posts ). So if you have a sick pic taking tip you want to share,
post it here !

ummm.... my shots that come out clear are just lucky ones

any advise welcome, I have cherry red shrimp and amanos and it's so difficult to get a good pic...

One of the only things I have figured out and used is to change the shutter/flash speed.. If your camera has manual setting you can do this if not it will usually be one of the modes. For example.... If I use (Sport) mode with my digi the flash and picture are taken approx 5x faster than any other mode...

I agree, the best pics I get is on the sport mode. Otherwise they are blurry. I can't get close-ups to focus at all though. I guess that is where the old school 35mm shines huh?

another tip would be to take pics at at angle if you want to use flash.

Attention Ming and all the other guys who take great pics here... dont be shy..

use a stand it helps steady and u just have to wait for the right moment heres a pic that i might enter i took it useing my cammra stand
