tire track eel help NEEDED

hello guys i just got a tire track eel and it is around 7 inches it is in a tank with a 7inch senegal bichir and rtg arowana but it is not eating it stopped swimming lately and it doesnt burrow into the sand i have help

new eels will not eat for one week,they need hide place.
the #1 food for them is ghost shrimp
the #2 food for them is earthworm
(they can't stop themself to eat those)
don't put them with other fish,because they can't find food as first as others.
