tire track or a fire eel in a 55 gallon or 40 breeder?

the title pretty much says it all, can a fire eel or a tire track be kept in a 55 gallon or a 40 breeder?

whats the average growth rate for both measured in inches per year? starting as babies of course at only a few inches long.

Fire eels get 30" plus

Tire tracks reach a similar size

go with a peacock, unless you plan on upgrading when your eels get bigger.

thanks ya i looked up youtube videos of fire eels after i made this thread... definitely a monster fish, and definitely not suitable for a 55 for life lol.
