So.. Walked by my tank again today and it's really really starting to feel so empty. I know later when the polys grow up it'll seem a little more full, but for now it feels like I have an empty 65g :(

Thoughts are red headed severum and a couple geos., a single oscar, or hujeta gar.

obviously not picking anything up right now since finishing treatment for a bout of ich (everything is clean again but continuing with proper post sign treatment)
but eventually.

What are your opinions? or possible other options?

hmm single oscar bad idea may be to aggro. severum or geo are a good chocie

May be community after everyone gets moved to the 180g, but they are still too tiny. Don't really think 2 endli's an ornate, 2 del's and a knife are the best start at a community tank either :S

I am building a community, just of not peaceful fish. Also want to try and keep it balanced for when they all move into the 180 when they are bigger.

As for the dat, thought about it... but I've never seen any in any stores I've gone to and I don't like to order (since you never know for sure what you get till you have it there).

2 delhezi and an ornate?

yes? The ornate doesn't care for anything in the tank, he hangs out by himself all the time. The delhezi's hang out together. If there's ever an issue I will move things accordingly but for now there isn't. These fish are all an average of like 5", not sure if people realize everything in there is very small right now. I know they will grow and it will be taken care of as it happens but for now and the first half year or so is what I am talking about. If I got an oscar it would be around 2" and severum/geos max 3-4"

re read your tank oscar even worse idea cuase i being a oscar keeper wouldnt do it. cus they dont like bichirs much and grow very very fast 1in per mouth. Severum best idea or firemouths?

Yeah, someone had suggested oscar to me so I put it in there to see peoples opinions. I'm pretty sure I'm going with the red head severum, just gotta make sure my tank is back up and healthy for a while then find some of the proper size.
