my tiretrack is always hiding and i never see him eat.. i want to see this guy eat.. it might be fun to watch and ill be able to get over thinking whether not hes eating


is there anything that would make him come out to eat right away?

i put bloodworms and minnows.. but never see him eat

I feed those small shrimp I put on my salad. I turn the tank light out and wait 10 min. and then feed. I only feed once a day in the evenings and mine will come out long enough to grab a bit and drag it back under his rock.

This works for me Though Mine doesn't really hide.. per say.. 19" is do able.. But still hard to hide in my tank.

mine loves market shrimp but doesnt really come out of his hole completely 3/4 of his body tho.better then nothin
