My smallest TT....he's about 6' jumped out a bit back...i found him 3 feet from the tank...picked him up and put him back in...he was still moist and slimy when picked up...but his eyes were cloudy....he came to inside the tank and is now hiding behind the filter.....what should i do?...move him into a smaller tank just by himself?...any medication...?

I wouldn't move him would stress him out even more , just watch and wait im keeping my finger's crossed for you .
I would start by secureing the tank-
If it's happened once-it's going to happen again---
Also secure your filters if running HOB's..the will go up and inside them also.....Watch powerheads also....
Add some salt-
things should be fine...(if he wasn't out for too long)
