I got a Titan Eze double metal stand for my 75 gallon, and it looks like two of the poles have holes in one side, it almost looks like they are for bolts to secure the stand, but I can't find a use for them. Does anyone know what they are for? I have two other Titan Eze stands that I use for my 40 gallon tanks, but I can't remember what those holes are for. The stand didn't come with any instructions.

I'll post some tomorrow. I'm also a little worried because on the stands for my 40 gallon tanks, there is a small gap between the tank and the stand, even though I leveled the stands. The stand just goes around the edge of the tank.

I checked, and all 4 poles have holes in one side, I'm just not sure if the side with the holes is supposed to be up or down.

I just assembled it with holes on the top, because that's what I did on my other stand. I'm setting up the tank on the bottom level of the stand, since I don't think it would be stable enough on the top with no weight on the bottom, but I'm planning on getting a second tank for the top at the next Petco dollar per gallon sale.

It's been about 5yrs since I setup my titan eze double 75g stand. I don't recall if one end had holes or not on mine. It's been a great stand. They seen a little scary with just a top tank on it, but with 2 as designed, all is great.

I'm probably going to get a 90 gallon tank to put on the top of the stand, I just hope that the 75 weights down the bottom enough, I think it will. I had a 40 gallon tank on the top of a Titan Eze stand without a tank on the bottom, and it was fine, but I later added a tank on the bottom because I wanted to get more fish LOL.
