Most people around here don't have 'em because they are FREAKIN' EXPENSIVE!! lol I had 3 that I got at about 3" a year ago........they didn't grow!:nilly: O.K., MAYBE 3/4" in a year. All my other fish outgrew them so fast that I had to part with them:(.
Wow! I just checked the link, $45 is nuthin'! We had to sell 3"ers for $100!!
 
lol just realised you meant the Pseudacanthicus not the Panaque.
I think a fair amount of people keep them... they are not rare or anything, just pricey in some parts of the world. They are also a smaller sized Pseudacanthicus... but very good looking, they can be gold to orange to almost red. I believe in some parts of the world they grade them. at 4-5" they will be beginning to slow down growth rates more and might take a while to hit 11" or so.
