Looks like food particles flying around. I dont feed any of my flowerhorns anything live , I don't wanna wake up the beast within my flowerhorns live with my African Cichlids and other Hybrid fish

Thanks. The particles floating in the tank are bits of crayfish. He chased the cray donw to the bottom were there is a powerhead, so as soon as he grabbed him parts started flying.
