thanks! i change about 20-25% of the water every week but only fully wash out the entire filter box every 2-3 weeks or so. but i always rinse out the first section of the filter where the cotton is cuz thats the dirtiest part!

i actually have never heard of it...but i guess the rason why i choose nutrafin is because one of the most famous fish guys in malaysia use nutrafin!
