Good news guys!!! the pond contractors managed to convince my mum to make the pond EVEN LARGER than the original 30 feet by 9 feet by 5 feet pond due to the fact the the cost of a revamp justifies an EVEN BIGGER pond to make it worthwhile! lucky me i guess :) so the total length of the pond is a guestimate of around 35 feet (probs slightly more) by 12 feet( at the fattest points) by 5 feet deep. The pond is a loose kidney shape as can be seen by the drawings...BTW all MEASUREMENTS ON THE POND ARE IN millimeters. Which means divide it by 10, then divide it by 30 to get feet.

It is an uneven shape but if u average out the fat and skinny part of the pond it becomes around 35' by 10' by 5' deep which is about: 13000 gallons!

sorry the cats havent been moved out yet...the pond plans have to be aprooved by the front office (cause we live in a gated community) which take 10 days...then the cats shud be moved from the pond wen construction starts....estimate time of completion is 2 months from date of start!
 
thats going to be over 15k bro! damn hella cool now you seriously need both the Nile Perch and the Barramundi in their! they grow fast anyways so get them small with your grow out...=] Too bad you can make a underground staircase that leads to your pond with a 35' viewing port to see all your fishes upclose and personal without getting wet. But it will still be a cool pond =]

Yes bro i really gotta find me those 2 fish wen i get back to malaysia on the 10th of september!!! wat do i feed them wen they grow 5 feet? lol

LOL yup and all you need to feed is whole fish or LOTs of market shrimp...or just go catch some local fishes from the river close by :) They will grow super fast man...you can almost see it grow in your tank :eek: like your growing arapaima.
