Hi all,
Posting for the first time, though I have read and learnt a lot from this forum. I recently had a chance to visit TN state aquarium. I was mostly interested in the cichlid exhibit they have in the FW section and ended up spending most of my time there:)
Here are some pictures I took of the cichlid aquarium.exhibit. I am not an expert, so you will have to pardon the quality of pictures:(
For the whole album, pls. look here:

for all the pics.

I could not see past the 3 large male dovii, most pictures are thus of these 3 males.

Enjoy.

omg those dovii make me cream...and those freddies are nuts...love the black belts.

Dovii88, Zeppelin~
Trust me, they are even more beautiful - the camera (or I should say camera-man:D ) doesn't do a good job at all! There were *atleast* 6-7 jaguars, a dozen or so midas/RDs etc. but all I could see were these 3 males.
I wish I had a 180/210 gallon:)

cool pictures. i have some from about 2months ago when i went. did you check out the new SW exhibit with the amazon river upstairs?
