What Tank Option should I do

  • Keep Both the 180gal and 75gal with current stock.

Alright so I'm going to set up my 180gal soon(Life is being a :irked:in the butt)
But for when I have it all set up one question keeps on reaccuring in my mind "Should I move all my fish to the 75gal and get an EBJD Royal Pleco, and Large SA Tetras?"
So Here I ask the many MFKers WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Stock would be as such in 180gal with a 75gal move over:
1-Senegal Bichir, 1-Endli Bichir, 1-Weeksii Bichir, 1-Ornate Bichir, 1 Delhezi Bichir, 1-Lapradei Bichir, 1-African Arowana, 2 Hepsetus Odoe(African Pike), 3 Frontosa, 4 Mono Sebae, 1-Synodontis Featherfin, Leopard Ctenopoma. Filtration would be 1800gph
 
I'm guessing most people are gonna say your overstocked. You've got alot of bottom dwellers in the 75, if I'm unnderstanding correctly. Now I'm not gonna brow beat you about it, I'll just offer a suggestion. Personally I'd move the African Arowana(I envy you, Lol) to the 180 along with several Birchirs as well as the Frontosa and Mono's. I'd keep the Syno cat and maybe one of the birchirs in the 75 along with maybe 2 EBJD's. Though in my opinion you'll still be over stocked, unless you choose to cut back on some of your fish. Personally I'd get rid of the Mono's and pikes and keep the 3 Fronts and cut back on the Birchirs. Just my opinion though.
 
Okay I think I might need to word this post better the planned stock atm
180gal:Endlicheri Bichir(now known as Parvo), Lapradei Bichir(now known as Nephertiti), Weeksii Bichir(now known as Happi) Ornate Bichir(now known as Argus), and African Arowana (now known as Morpheus) that I have now along with new fish such as two African Pikes, and Mono sebae

75gal: Senegal Bichir, Delhezi Bichir, Leopard Ctenopoma, Synofeatherfin Black Calvus, Frontosa(once they get too big they go into the 180gal)

OR if I were to get an EBJD that stock would all go into the 180gal but I might sell the fronts or calvus or not get the monos but all of the Oddballs are not going anywhere....(BTW I don't mix continents)

Also BTW if you think 6 Bichirs are alot of bottom dwellers DO NOT look in the polypterus section
