So, right now I only have Candy Cane coral in my 29 Biocube. I was wondering if there's any point in leaving on the 3 LED moonlights?

The moonlights will only cause florescense. They dont encourage growth.

So really, they are just there for your viewing pleasure. Its up to you as to whether or not you want to have them on.

Exactly.... If you are worried about power consumption you are ok too!
They burn nothing in terms of power. I use moon lights so when i walk by at night i can check and feed my night corals.

So there's really no way the moon lights are contributing to my algae problem? It seems that once I started to use the moon lights, the algae has been growing out of control.

The moonlights arent going to be intense enough or in the right spectrum to contribute to algae growth. Your algae problem is stemming from something else.

pH- 8.3
Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 20
Calcium- 450
Phosphates- 0
KH- 9
SG- 1.028 (I know, higher than usual)

I leave the PC lights on for 6 hours a day (Only have the Candy Cane in there).

Your nitrates are a little high, which is usually reason for algae growth.

Agreed...salinity is a tad high, but as long as it is consistent it shouldnt be causing problems.
