Ok so i was watching a science thing on youtube that said you can die if you get to much air in you blood so i got to thinking how i was running my tanks air the the impeller in the power head and the half the tank is a fog of tiny bubbles .... is it possible for a fish to have to much air in the water ?

It's possible for fish to get an air embolism, sometimes in the eyes of I remember correctly. I've never had this happen, and go for maximum aeration like you do. 20 years no issues. I wouldn't worry about it.

Where air gets in the blood stream and cause it to engulf in an area that can cause necrosis and possible death. But fish don't have lungs they have gills.

Air embolism happens when water is super saturated with gas, often from very cold water under pressure in winter in house pipes. You can tell if your water is super saturated by running a glass of water from the tap, if it is cloudy, it will clear from the bottom up, if supersaturated.
Air stones, and current will often help get rid of supersaturated gases.
I doubt it is possible to get your tank water supersaturated with pumps, and normal aeration.
Air embolism is akin to the nitrogen narcosis divers get, when dives go too long, and assent is done incorrectly.
It also happens to fish when they are caught at great depth, and brought up quickly.
Eyes can almost pop out of the head, and swim bladders expand exponentially.

also known as decompression sickness aka caissons disease.

Your talking about the bends right ?

this can kill a fish. the little bubbles that occur on surfaces from it will form on the surface of fish gills causing them to suffocate.
I've never heard of it happening from bubble wands and the like. I'd avoid adding any microbubblers though
