I have a 150 gallon main tank with 2 oscars, JD, GT, 2 raphael cats, 5 clown loaches, a royal, mustard spot , and a long fin albino pleco. Yes alot of fish, but i am religiously spot cleaning it, fx5 and a jebo 838.
Anyhow i also have two red jewels in a 25 gallon that have spawned and now have been watching over tons of fry for almost a week now. I do plan to separate them from the fry but not sure which would be the best about doing so. I have no other room for another tank, its not going to happen. So either divide my 25 gallon, or move parents back into the 150.
If i moved them back into the 150, im afraid of them trying to spawn again, and tearing up my other fish. And if I divided the 25, would the limited space stunt the fry? and or cause problems if they tried to spawn again?
