to Reseal or not?

So short story: i got a used 75 gallon that holds water however i have one inside silicone side that looks chopped up. (will post photos soon) should i cut it all out and reseal? can i just reseal that one spot everything else is fine or should i silicone the whole tank?

It's used, you don't know it's history. For peace of mind I'd reseal the whole tank and then you're good to go for a good number of years. It's only a 75 so no major undertaking really. It'll be a nice exercise for you.

fair enough i've never done it before but i already starting buying stuff to reseal it

.....did you get a utility knife,which kind if so?
