was in the pub with my mate last night and we were discussing what is the biggest shark you can have in the uk by law and what size tank would it need? not going to get one just want to know.

by LAW... well idk but the biggest ''commonly'' kept large shark is the black tip reef and unfortunately the nurse... the DTR would need like 20,000 gallons, i believe, and the nurse about 50,000 gallons...
both tanks i wouldn't have over 3-4' just for fottprint's sake...
but again i know nothing of legality in the UK..
