I would like to request your support in the identification of a motile, Gram-negative bacillus isolated from fish, suspected to be a bacterial pathogen of aquatic animals.
A live microscopy video is attached as supporting evidence. The bacteria were observed at 1000× magnification (10× ocular × 100× oil immersion objective), showing active motility, compatible with flagellated bacilli.
