Here's two more photos where I used a technique of getting the fish to turn left or right. As I have stated previously, when fish are breeding they are relatively easy to get to react.

And here's the male Synspilum. Same drill. You can see three fry in the photo. When the fish have fry, they are particularly easy to manipulate. This guy is no exception. I like the shot because of the way he displayed his fins....and color.
