I have three V. Ufermanni in a 100 gallon tank. One male (10") and two smaller females. Here's a few shots of the male.
I have more photos of the Yellow Lab that I will post later. hee's one:
Finally....I was playing around with some long camera exposures without flash. This is not exactly what I was looking for...but I thought they were interesting enough to keep. The camera was at an ISO of 150...it was a 2.5 second exposure at 1/60th with an aperture of [f]20. I used a "rear curtain" flash which will trigger half the light as the shutter opens and the remainder as it is closing. Because of the long exposure that time period was 2.5 seconds. I was using Aperture Priority...but will try manual mode so I can increase the shutter speed. I'm trying to get a stop action clear shot followed by a blur.
I would like to get a close up of the Synspilum with this effect.
This is a little closer to what I was looking for...but not 100%.
