I picked up a 75 gallon and 2 10 gallon tanks from a seller on FB Market Place this afternoon, all for $70.00. I was supposed to buy a 55 from someone else but the seller neglected to tell me the frame was broken. I still have an offer on another 75 gallon and am seeking a good price on a 55. Admittedly, they need some cleaning up but ya can't beat the price. The seller even filled them up with water for me to see they don't leak. While I have no idea what I'm going to do with the 10's, the 75's/55 will make great grow out, quarantine, and hospital tanks.

Congrats on the find. Have fun figuring out what to do with them.

Thank you!! I know exactly what I'm going to do with them, initially at least. They are going to be the grow out tanks for my 1st dream tank. Then maybe a species tank of some sort. maybe even saltwater with one of them.

Nice pickup C Cichlid savage II ,
It looks like you hit the jackpot. Some vinegar and water or rubbing alcohol should make those tanks look brand new. Nice find!

I hit the jackpot for sure!!! Exactly!! Going to fill them tonight and let them soak. They're just hard time move by myself. Still looking for a 55. I know it's out there. I just have to be patient.

Very nice. Looking very clean! Can't beat that (other than free...)
That is (used, cheap) how I purchased my current 4 tanks. I am looking for another 125-150g, but the wife keeps the breaks on.

Decided to paint the back of the tanks. Some lessons learned. They turned out great. Sorry for the crappy pictures. They will get better when the tanks are off the floor and I can get better angles. 20210430_141740.jpg20210430_141638.jpg
