The bill is still very much alive and will be amended. The good news: The Chairperson acknowledged the need to revise the bill to protect native habitat and be sensitive to the pet industry. This may have been to appease the opposition. Bottom line: We need to remain vigilant. Keep checking this forum. Your favorite fish may still be banned.
