tomato clown swim blatter problem

my 8 year old clown has a swin blatter prolbem it is head down floating and swiming funny. being a internal infection can i use quick cure it contains formalin and malachite green its for internal parasites and ick. would it work for internal swim blatter infections? my zebra is ready to work it over and soon i need some advice guys... thanks

well after taking it out and quarentine tank it lasted 2 days in the medicated tank so it appears that was not a good idea to try .
