Tongue biter???

Has anyone ever seen something like this???

I found this on line after proving to my 10 year old that fish had tongues.

It is freaking gross....

They are species of insects that acually feed on the tongue and evenually replace it and the fish then use them like a tongue and both parties benefit from it. The fsih has a harder tongue and the insect gets nutrients from what the fish eats!!!!
