So I was looking at my Tank tonight, but the lights were off and then I noticed what I think is a ridiculous amount they covered half of my live rock, I have a 20 gallon with 10 lbs of rock, so I need to know do I need to get rid of them or leave them be?

Arrow crabs are nice since they eat bristle worms anyway. Be forewarned, some eat them, so don't. As my experience has shown cut your feedings in half. Went from 2 cubes every other day to 1 cube every 3rd and the worm pop. in my 35gal has reduced amazingly.

bristleworm's really aren't bad they are great detrivours and eat some leftover food as well. the worst thing that can happen is you get some bristle's in your hand if you grab underneath a piece of your live rock other then that they are no problem

a sixline wrasse will do the job

I agree with mr. reef bristle worms are not bad for your tank they are a great part of any cuc they do a great job of keeping you sand bed stirred up and eat detritus and left over food. I would just leave them in your tank and let them do your thing.
