I know most of you by now are sick of this kind of question, but I really need advice from you guys since most of you have been into this hobby for awhile now. On to the question...I have just gotten a 29 gallon tank and I wanted to put 9 Glofish, 5/6 Glass Catfish, 5/6 Cory Catfish, 3/4 Kuhli loaches and 1 Dwarf Gourami (all so going to put live plants in). Is this too many fish? What should I change/add. What would you do with this tank?

By the way I'm new...

:newbie:

sounds good to me.

Sounds good to be except for the fact that glass cats can grow to 5-6"...if you were to drop those numbers down to 3...then Id say its a go :)

Sounds like a good stocking plan to me. With proper filtration you should be able to support that population in a 29 gallon..although to be honest I'd be happier seeing them in a 40 breeder.

By glass cats you mean the ones you can see through? If so, they get 5-6", but need to be in groups of 4 or more. Plus they have a very little bio-load even when at full size.

I say go for it!

They dont get 5-6", at least not in the aquarium. But I agree with wolf a 40 breeder would be 100% better.
