Hi i have a 50 gallon tank with prolly around half covered in decor. My parret fish has recently began hating particular tall plants during feeding & i noticed theres soo many caves and plants theres no room for fish to swim. Is there a possibility of too many plants? On the bottom id say about 1/10 at best is freeswiming the rest taken up by decorations. My syno HATES fake plants cuz he has no room. Overall there is alot of room just all taken up. Nobody's even entered my cave or colleseum for months. They take up like 1/4 of the tank should i take them out?

I don't like many decorations in a tank unless its full of small fish that can easily navigate them.

Id say leave 2 caves or so in the tank for hiding and maybe a couple plants and leave it at that.

Heres a pic. This is during the night so as you can see the fish are sleeping.

Maybe take out the two decorations on the far left and right sides and space out the plants a little more?
