Too many of these creatures in my tank what are these?

Please see attached video.
While I was changing the water in my aquarium, I noticed too many of these creatures which I don’t know what are these? Are these parasites? Are these baby worms or snails? Where do they come from? Are these dangerous to my fishes? If yes, how do I get rid of these?
please help!

what should I do about them? I don’t know how many exist. Could these be possibly babies of snails? As I have many snails in the tank. How did flatworm or leech get into my tank?
Can they make my fishes sick? Cannot my fishes eat these? I fed my fishes tubefix , could these be related to tubefix?

I’d say leech as well. Dangerous to your fish. Would empty out the tank and remove as many as possible. Hopefully it didn’t lay eggs although it sounds like it did I’d there are numerous ones that small size.

I have many assign snails and many Malaysian trumpets snails. Could these be babies of any of these snails?

When I siphoned the gravel, many of them came out. But I am not sure how many are left. Do you mean removing entire gravel?

I have 4 adult size knahle loaches in the same tank. Could these be babies of those?
