What help do you need? You waste energy on water movement. Efficient, you are not. However, there isn't a problem with providing *too much* area for bacteria to colonize. You need to understand that bacteria colonies grow in proportion to the amount of waste present. If the 75g houses a single molly, you are still not providing any better filtration than a single ac110. You are providing more water movement, though. You can do that with a couple of power heads and call it a day.
