Is there such thing as over humidifying a crested gecko. I have been misting lightly three times a day and its been working out nicely for me but I am just worried about too much humidity if thats possible?

As Long as there is no standing water, and the enclosure has enough ventilation, you are fine.
The bad thing would be is to not have enough!

And also, if it is "too damp", i believe that they can get a fungus.... Not 100% sure.

Hope i helped

i have no experience with geckos but i know that too much humidity inhibits alot of bacterial growth.

Nope exacly the opossite;) To much humity and lack of ventilation creates the perfect atmosfere for fungus and bacteria to grow. And even the most needed of humity lizards need a dry place to spend the nigth.
Skin problems like blisters are the consequense of too much moist.

Wow thanks z seriously. I asked a couple other times what is the best gauge to measure humidity and nobody answered me lol. Thanks alot guys. I will stick with two times a day. And I never have really dealt with a humidity before. I usually stick with desert herps just to avoid that. But thanks guys. No standing water thats for sure. I mean they arent heavy mistings I just want him to be able to drink.

Well sorry. I havent been here in quite some time.

You can use the ones from walmart. When you buy them, you support National Geographic. They work. You can go digital for easy to read results or analogue if your looking for something a little less pricey.

just listen to reptech... and yes you might be "over doing" it by 3 times a day. 2 Times a day is ideal, once in the morning, and heavily at night
