Too Much in the Scape?

Things are filling in and Im now wondering if Ive just got too much going on aquascape-wise in this 30g. Im tempted to change it but am hesitant only because Ive read that Julies get super stressed when you move their environment around. Im new to julies and calvus so any suggestions would be appreciated. Tank has only been up about 2 1/2 months and the julies are new arrivals from 2 weeks ago. They are always hiding but are starting to show themselves a little. Just introduced my last fish and am wondering if I should just ride it out and see if everyone gets settled in ??
Stock in order 3 Gold Head Calvus, 5 Juliedochromis marlieri, 1 Lemondrop bristlenose, 1 Black inkfin calvus, 3 crazy snails.

The tank looks great and I wouldnt touch a thing.Perhaps do a little trimming here and there a little later after everyone has settled into their routine.

Lol. Yeah, for lack of anything else--im not too creative. A local restaurant called Krazyfish--has lots of graffiti.
