Hello, I was wondering just how much light is too much for a 10g Nano Reef. I currently have 96w over my 10g NR and was wondering how much more light could i have without "hurting" the corals. 150w? 200w? I know it depends on what i will be keeping but i just want some general answers and ideas.

I was leaning toward MH lighting, How much is too much?

Thank you,

Kory

also depends what type of light to some degree..

NO floros are going to be easier on them than halides

So MH FTW? I currently have some Zoas, various Mushrooms, a Anem, Gonipora, Ricordia... and a few others in there, would any of the above "dislike" a 20" 14k 250w MH?

over a ten gallon? yes.

i don't know why makes it i think it's hydor, there's this 75 watt clip-on halide called a spider/spyder/viper or something i think that'd be ok 7.5 watts a gallon instead of 25
