Too much purigen ?

Can using too much harm biological filtration ? Currently have 150 gal with an fx6 mostly bio and 1 coarse pad in top tray 2 ac110's have purigen in one and want to add another bag to the second ac110. Stock

6 silver flats
6 denisen babrs
3 angelfish
2 raphael cats
1 green phantom pleco
1 yellow acara
1 honduran red point

I use like 2 liters of it on my 180...no problems after 2 years
