Hello everyone!

When I started my 20 gallon tank, a small snail got in with the plants(i didn't notice it).
Now I have millions of them!! I take them out once in a few days, but the number of them only increases. I've tried putting lettuce in, but the snails don't get attracted. I've heard that copper works, but I don't want to spoil the health of my guppies.

What should I do?

Leopio, what do you mean "snail traps"?

I've never heard of them before! and I never saw them in pet stores either!
How do they work?

i had the same problem so i got some loaches n they took care of the job, but ur tank is pretty small, so i suggest pest begone from lfs, but maybe u can rent some cl

guppies are relatively hardy fish so you can move them into another small tank for a few days while you treat the tank. Medications with copper in them will kill the snails, just dont use too much. The guppies can then be placed back into the tank. Fish are not as sensitive to it as snails are.

A dwarf puffer will also consume a large amount of snails
