Too streamy conditions?

I have a approx 10cm GT in 180 litres (will get bigger home in the future), the canister filter in the aquarium wasn't really enough so I decided to put my noisy Rena XP4 (1550 l/hour) into action and wonder if the water flow is to much for him to handle

Now I´m wondering, is there any such thing as too much over filtration?

theres NO such thing as overfilteration... and yes ur gt should be fine

No you cant over filter. The more the better. I had a 150 litre tank with a huge eheim professional 3 filter rated for tanks of 450 litres. My fish had no trouble with the current, and thrived in the crystal clean water conditions
