Hey MFK, I have a tank that's been keeping a rather steady 80F for the last couple weeks due to the warm weather. Everyone in the tank is fine with it other than the Weather Loaches, or so I hear. I'm reading that 80 is too high for them, should I just keep monitoring them and hope they can ride it out, or should I take steps to lower the temp? All I really have open to me is occassional ice cubes and a small water change periodically. I can't get a chiller or anything like that. I increased the filter's stream intensity. Would a bubbler help at all?

The loaches seem just fine, as far as I can tell. No change in behaviour other than maybe hiding a little more than when I first got them a couple months ago.

55g tank.
