Is this fish intelligence? My lab male in this video digs up a cave under some rock using his mouth. Scoops up sand with his mouth... b4 I upload vid, do I have to upload it on YouTube? Its on my phone and it takes an hour... lol

LOL i love when they do it, it's fun to watch and if you have a female in your tank it gets even more exciting because he is probably digging a hole to breed :D

Now that you have posted this thread my big 4" male yellow has not stopped digging a damn cave. I don't know what his goal is, but he is digging a HUGE cave to the point of he is taking the supporting sand out of the rocks on top of his cave lol.. I could see this ending with a fish swimming really fast lolol
 
Its fun to watch when they are that small. My 12" RD moves mountains of sand around the tank and loves to spit it at the filter inlet .....then it gets annoying !

LOLOLOL I am sorry that sounds like its a lot of fun after a week :D lolol. My 5 inch yellow isn't probably as bad, but hes been doing it constantly. He occasionally takes breaks, but he will go for 3 hours straight.... lolol
