Not in his (or her) full glory... but nontheless an awesome monster!

Don't know why it always keeps the first dorsal spine erect...

Its a polypterus endlicheri endlicheri, a nice one at that! Sometimes mine tend to keep only one dorsal fin up as well

Polypterus endlicheri endlicheri, or saddle back bicher or simply endlicheri bicher.

That thing is the only fish that dares to snatch food out of my turtle's mouth!
