Top Chef?

Foodie here as well. I have seen every episode from all 5 seasons, I think the talent decreases a little with each season that passes.

Yeah this season has by far the least talent, to me thats why it's easy to see who will win. Jeff.
 
The first season was the only one I really watched. I catch episodes here and there. It's all about Iron Chef:D

Iron Chef does rock, but I really wish they would show the old (japanese) episodes, because while I do like the new one, they play so many re-runs, I just wish they would fill in during the week with the old ones, then do a new Iron Chef America on sundays. Plus Hiriyuki Sakai was the man.
 
I agree...I loved the original Japanese version.

I understand why they don't show them anymore, because they want people to just watch Iron Chef America, but I think that they have forgotten that the reason that the american version is successful, is because people fell in love with the original show. Not to mention there were so many different episodes, you could watch for months and not see a rerun.

The reason the original Iron Chef was so much better was because they had amazing chef's, with amazing guests. You think Joel Robuchon would show his face on Iron Chef America?

Alton Brown: Best host ever. Wish he was the kind of person who could be an Iron Chef, it's just not his style.

Masaharu Morimoto: Out of ICA's league. I've eaten at morimoto when he still cooked there, best food I've ever had... ever

Mario Batali: Amazing chef that gets far too little credit

Cat Cora: Please....

Bobby Flay: I was going to put Cat Cora last, but I didn't want to give this no talent hack the honor of not being last. You can't throw black beans in anything or put it on a quesadilla. Go back to grilling, jerk.
