Does anybody on here watch Top Chef on Bravo? I'm a foodie, so I get into it, so I thought people could give their thoughts, if anyone watches it.

Foodie here as well. I have seen every episode from all 5 seasons, I think the talent decreases a little with each season that passes.

The first season was the only one I really watched. I catch episodes here and there. It's all about Iron Chef

Iron Chef does rock, but I really wish they would show the old (japanese) episodes, because while I do like the new one, they play so many re-runs, I just wish they would fill in during the week with the old ones, then do a new Iron Chef America on sundays. Plus Hiriyuki Sakai was the man.

I understand why they don't show them anymore, because they want people to just watch Iron Chef America, but I think that they have forgotten that the reason that the american version is successful, is because people fell in love with the original show. Not to mention there were so many different episodes, you could watch for months and not see a rerun.

foodie here too. I actually don't really like Top Chef all that much.
I love Hell's kitchen though.
Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and Micheal Smith (food tv canada) are my favorites.
I grew up watching Pasquale Carpino too. he rocks.

Alton Brown: Best host ever. Wish he was the kind of person who could be an Iron Chef, it's just not his style.
