Im sorry if this has been covered before but the search feature sucks on the app. I have a top fin 40 and a whisper 60 and they are giving me the problems.
On the whisper 60 its making a rattling clacking sound and it will shut off. ( i guess nemo completed his mission) i have to pull out the intake tube impeller and all and wiggle it and jiggle it and it will stop and start working again and then at some point rattle again and clatter and shuts off. Is this fixable? I already took it out cleaned it with a filter brush through the hole where the impeller goes.
The top fin 40 works and is full functioning but makes a horrific grinding noise. Like a blender grinding bolts. I also took it apart and cleaned every nook with a filter brush. Any help?
