Top Fin Aquariums - Who is the manufacturer

Anybody know who manufactures Top Fin Brand Aquariums? Just curious.

From one source. Perfecto manufactures them for Petsmart. Still cannot confirm though.

Mark, I think people just have no clue. I think you are right on that Perfecto comment, I have seen (I think) an ad on the tank saying something to that point. I have to admit it IS kind of funny
